Manager/AM/Senior Executive, Marketing
We are looking for a qualified candidate who encompasses digital marketing and content writing competencies to support the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance.
Matrix reporting to Director of Commercial in India and Associate Director of Domestic Sales & Marketing, you will analyze market data, create digital ad copies, manage local events, and oversee brand identity development for the School.

Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Performance:
· Manage Google PPC, Social Media ads copies and Google Affiliate briefs that supports sales funnel/activities.
· Work with the HQ/overseas agencies and teams to deliver effective campaigns and manage the performance of all digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Third Party websites), analyzing campaign data to improve results.
· Perform benchmarking of competitor offerings and analyzing market research/data on customer segments, customer profiles and journeys in support of developing effective marketing campaigns
Content Development and Design:
- Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy and editorial plan across platforms (blog, social media, website, EDM).
- Create compelling narratives and copy (both long and short formats).
- Manage production of creative assets, from storyboarding to post-production.
- Lead website audits to ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with accreditations.
Communications:
- Support communications efforts by developing ad copies, speeches, and media relations.
- Assist with PR efforts, including media monitoring and outreach.
- Coordinate media invites, seating allocations, and RSVPs for events.
- Liaise with stakeholders for approval of key artwork, press releases, and other materials.
Project Management:
- Manage content-related and special projects.
- Provide detailed reports, insights and recommendations on the performance of products, channels and campaigns.
We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or communication.
- Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS)
- Proficient in digital marketing channels and reporting tools, including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MailChimp, SEMrush, Salesforce, and design software
