Responsibilities

You will provide support in learning administration and training events management. Key responsibilites include the following

1. Programme Delivery

• Administer training programmes, including publicising programmes, monitoring and managing course enrolments, coordinating logistical/ administrative requirements, and attending to programme enquiries.
• Provide onsite support for smooth execution of programmes, including simple troubleshooting support for technical/ logistical issues.
• Collaborate with relevant units for delivery of programmes.
• Administer post-programme matters, including preparing course evaluation reports, verifying invoices and payment, maintaining training records etc.

2. Learning Administration

• Collate data and information to monitor training curriculum effectiveness through the use of MS Excel and other tools.
• Maintain Total Learning Plan and prepare training reports.
• Facilitate and manage local and overseas training courses and conferences with external training providers and process withdrawals/ cancellation/ postponement (if any).

3. Learning Operations Metrics

• Support Team Leads to track and monitor the team’s adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and SOPs.
• Work with Finance Business Partners to provide accurate and timely budget checks on officers’ training records.

Intro:

Responsible for a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies and foreign companies in area of advisory and compliance work in relevant company legislations and regulations

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

· Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met

· Attend board, board committee and general meetings to record the proceedings of such meetings, drafting and releasing announcements via SGXNet to the stock exchange as well as handling immigration related matters

· Responsible for onboarding of new clients, ongoing monitoring and conducting client due diligence checks

· Seeking out and maximizing ad-hoc revenue opportunities of the sub-team through interacting with the client contacts

· Actively involved beyond the surface follow up on debtor’s management of client outstanding invoices.

· Support the Manager with the current works processes of the respective sub-team and portfolio to improve upon

· To engage as relationship bridge between the client and the Compliance team on the various annual file review challenges in updating and verifying information needs as well manage the information needs optimally

· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

· Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or those pursuing, as well as Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with a minimum of 4 years relevant corporate secretarial experience

· Experience in handling SGX listed companies will be an advantage

· Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude and basic commercial acumen

· Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task

· Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Viewpoint will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently.

· Provide accurate information and solutions for client queries regarding voucher sales and redemptions.

2. Voucher Sales and Stock Management

· Process voucher sales orders, coordinate redemptions, and manage collections.

· Oversee voucher stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking.

· Print and prepare materials, including paper bags, envelopes, and other necessary items.

3. Delivery Coordination

· Liaise with courier vendors to arrange and schedule deliveries efficiently.

· Ensure all delivery requirements are met and address any issues promptly.

· Track and document delivery statuses to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Administrative Support

· Perform administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.

· Update and maintain sales reports, presentations, and relevant documents regularly.

Job Requirements

· Prior experience in B2B sales experience in related industries will be advantageous.
