Ensuring critical and high priority issues are identified and resolved.

• 5+ years of technology experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology Infrastructure, Information Security, Technology Governance, Compliance, Control management, Operational Risk and/or Technology Audit
• Infrastructure security knowledge in Windows Server, Desktop OS and applications, Unix/Linux OS, Storage, Networking hardware and protocols, Databases and Exchange Connectivity, Remote Access, Firewall and IDS/IPS technology, Voice and Audio Visual platforms, and experience in configuration and vulnerability management is a significant advantage.

Scope of Work

• Manage the Payroll Processing including but not limited to receiving data inputs from various parties and through the system
• Verification of data against supporting documents
• Ensuring that data is correctly interfaced from Workday to Excelity
• Manage payroll process to ensure that resignees are encashed their outstanding leave balance and withholding of salary until verification that Exit Clearance is completed
• Prepare accounting entries for accruals (E.g. Bonus, CPF, Leave, Claims)
• Manage the claim and reimbursement process for Government Paid Leave (e.g. childcare, maternity, paternity, share parental leave) via the Government portal and ensuring relevant journals are posted
• Manage secondment billing for seconded staff
• Manage payments to external organisations by providing information to Finance and ensuring any relevant journals are done
• Support regular payroll audits by internal and external auditors, including but not limited to the preparation of payroll figures and documents requested by auditors and key personnel remuneration reporting
