Brief Description

The Research and Programmes Executive (Workplace Well-Being) will play a crucial role in driving the design, implementation, and evaluation of workplace well-being programmes and projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for well-being research application and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design impact-driven workplace well-being programmes or projects
• Implement workplace well-being programmes or projects, which includes but not limited to managing and training our trainers to deliver impact-driven workplace well-being programmes
• Evaluate the impact of workplace well-being programmes and projects, including preparing and presenting Impact Reports
• Drive innovation to improve the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology
• Possess interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
• At least 1 year of experience in workplace well-being design, implementation, and evaluation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our Power & New Energy business. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the region, with a particular emphasis on Energy Transformation initiatives such as Bio-Gas in India, Renewable Energy in India, and new energy projects in Sarawak, Malaysia. This position requires frequent travel within the region.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the Power & New Energy sector, with a focus on Energy Transformation projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of new projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute market entry strategies for new geographies and target markets within the Power & New Energy sector.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to the Power & New Energy sector.
• Travel: Frequent travel within the region will be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor Degree of Environmental Science or studies related to Sustainability.
• Innovative Mindset: Eager to explore and venture into new areas, including the Energy Transformation sector.
• Proactive Approach: Demonstrates the ability and willingness to take the initiative in developing new fields.
• Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing.

Project Executive

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Working Location: Bartley

Salary: $2500-$3000 + Commission

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/BS/BA or a related field of study
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in interior design / creative-led industry
• Must be able to read and edit autoCAD, SketchUp and other design softwares and site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Director to manage the accounts of creative-led projects.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner
• Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget
• Coordinating with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure that all project elements are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

· Provides a broad range of routine paraprofessional, technical, and administrative support services to the General Counsel, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking and coordinating travel and visas, processing expenses and handling correspondences.

• In charge of implementing and managing food safety and quality assurance programs across the Central Kitchen and all outlets.
• Perform training in SOPs, food hygiene and food handling techniques.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters concerning to food safety and QA issues.
• Ensure all SOPs are adhered to at Central Kitchen & outlets

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of QA experience in the F&B industry.
