PURPOSE

To perform/review user acceptance testing for newly developed product or product/system enhancement and assisting in administrative duties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Participate in and sign off test case reviews and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with stakeholders on allocated Projects/Change requests.
• Ensure that systems are tested thoroughly and comply with the requirements defined in Business Requirement Specifications / Functional Specifications.
• Ensure test results are documented properly.
• Perform customer due diligence checks for Direct-To-Customer business & new customer onboarding at policy servicing.
