Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)

The Procurement Executive position involves a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the company's procurement processes and managing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle.
