• manage contractors and ensure all routine and repair work are completed promptly.
• oversee all maintenance works (pest control, plumping, fire safety, security etc.)
• attend to any feedbacks or incident reports
• ensure all licenses and permits are renewed accordingly

skills and experience required

• min. 3 years of relevant experiences.
• able to commence immediately or on short notice
• willing to travel to the west of Singapore

Responsibilities

• Offering administrative and clerical assistance to support departmental functions.
• Compiling, preparing, and ensuring timely submission of necessary reports.
• Handling and processing payments for invoices.
• Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, booking conference rooms, and setting up required equipment.
• Managing travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the management team.
• Planning and organizing both internal and external events.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
