Position Title: Senior IT Executive

Department: Information Technology (IT)

I. Job Purpose

The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and fostering effective communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. The role includes incident management, request fulfilment, first-level IT security support, and system troubleshooting.
