Responsibilities:

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions Manager, and Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a private education institution.
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Support of HR functions such as payroll, compensation, performance management,benefits administration, audits, internal control and monthly reporting.
• Execute HR programs in alignment with Corporate strategies
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records
• Ensure compliance with HR policies
• Administer employee benefits i.e insurance, medical benefits
• Handle the yearly HR budgeting
• Handle MOM-related surveys
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
• Manage payroll administration
• Participate in continuous monitoring of internal controls where necessary andensure compliance
• Ensure employee handbook is updated when necessary
• Involve in planning and executing of employee engagement events
• Training Administration
• Involvement in internal communication for HR related matter
• Support recruitment when necessary
• Back up for other HR colleague
• Any other Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration with at least 5years relevant experience in a MNC environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Excellent Customer Oriented mindset with ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and has initiative.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in payroll software
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Well-versed in Microsoft application
