Job Responsibilities:

• Support department for daily and administrative works
• Prepare, compile and update Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission.
• Raise Material Requisition (MR) using in-house BC system.

Assisting the Transaction Liability team in the following:

• Advisory and delivery of Transaction Solutions (primarily W&I insurance) on M&A transactions (whether Asia-based or offshore).
• Placement of W&I insurance solutions for M&A transactions.
