• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the local building construction industry. Main contractor experience is preferred
• Experience in tendering work.
• Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
• Familiar with all types of building tendering will be advantageous
• Bilingual will be advantageous
• Location: Jurong East

• Conduct hiring process which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
• Plan and prepare recruitment report for reporting manager
• Assist with the onboarding of potential candidates
• Facilitating team bonding activities
• Representing the company and promote the products and services
