Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
• Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
• Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages
• Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments
• The above apply to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Arch related Codes of Practice
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings
• Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis

Job Description:

· Functioning as the IT Executive, this role adopts and provides the best “customer service provider” experience to the office’s supported staff in all areas of IT services & provision.

· To support and attend to tickets promptly and efficiently across all departments by providing solutions to technical issues related to 1st level support (hardware, software, network, servers, etc.).

· To assist in all aspects of the office’s network, servers, and core infrastructure, including but not limited to installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, monitoring security procedures, capacity planning and maintenance of all computer hardware and software systems.

· Bring up ideas to help mitigate risks and fix potential issues before they happen and ensure all systems and services needed for a smooth operation are always readily available.

· Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected faults and unauthorized installations by any staff.
