• Organize and supervise crew travel and local logistics to ensure efficient and safe travel of crew from home destinations to vessels
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on crewing matters and issues
• Obtain information and remain fully informed on local legal and regulatory requirements on matters that may affect crew members, including immigration rules and procedures, local social tax issues and insurance matters
• Assist with crew relations and communication when required
• Undertake audit on manning agencies when necessary

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 3-year food or industrial supplies industry related experience in business development or account management.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with own vehicle)
• Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
• Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude

Description

• Responsible for maintaining current sources and generating new sources of scrap metals from the market
• Maintain good business contacts and favorable relations with current customers (scrap dealers and industrial suppliers)
• Gather appropriate information about the market for scrap metals concerning cost trends and availability of supply.
• Assist in developing strategic plans for new business such as different sources of scrap metals
• Visit customer sites; perform customer service activities, inspects materials, make quotations etc
• Prepare necessary paperwork, prices loads, monitors tonnages, prepares correspondence, and pricing
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Setup and optimise layout & space management within the spare part warehouse.
• Manage stock control: including receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Plan, organise and control warehouse’s over-all operations.
• Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Adhere to workplace’s health and safety requirements and take responsibility for the security of inventories.
• Optimise warehouse operations according to company’s objective.
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit.
• Ensure all material handling equipment and warehouse equipment/facilities undergo regular maintenance and available for usage.
• Maintain sound material control management system to stock optimal level of spares as per recommendations.
• Manage scrapped materials, hazardous materials and e-waste disposal in a timely manner.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in process plant ideally in power station or petrochemical plant.
• Knowledge on material used in operation and maintenance activities of combined cycle power plant.
• Knowledge on material control and inventory management.
• Knowledge in maintaining material usage records in CMMS & SAP.
• Knowledge in handling hazardous/flammable materials.
• Having a valid forklift licence.
