• Submission and endorsement of E-Certs
• Weekly updating and submission of Training Quality and Outcome Measurement (TRAQOM) for upcoming courses
• To assist in admin matters
• File documents and consolidate/ update data.
• Any other work as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer Skills include Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• IT savvy in using Training Management System to input learners information, enrollment, re-schedule and updating payments respectively for every course attended.
• Ensuring errors and lapse in documentation and administration are kept to a minimum
• Good listener and Team player

Responsibilities

• Perform planning, execution and finalisation of the audit engagements.
• Allocates responsibilities to junior and staff auditors and monitors progress of team members to ensure completion of work and adjust work plan, where necessary.
• Reviews group consolidation worksheets and supporting notes to financial statements.
• Able to take up ad hoc special assignments when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• You should have relevant audit experience of at least 3 years from established firms with good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and organisational best practices. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Associate level position
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral communication.
• Willingness to travel on overseas assignments.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Based in Singapore.
