Job Summary

• Maintain and upkeep quality assurance and operational compliance processes within the organization.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to established quality requirements and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Systems:

• Maintenance and upkeep of the quality system.
• Monitoring of quality system processes to ensure compliance to standards, corporate requirements and upkeep of system health.
• Collaborate with Process Owners to set-up/improve processes to achieve compliance and excellence.
• Cross functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation/enhancements to existing processes.
• Document control.
• Drafting and review of documents.
• Assist in 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Degree/diploma in a related Science or Engineering discipline
• Extensive experience in quality assurance, preferably in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, CAP, and ISO 9001 standards would be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal and team skills.

- Document Control which align with Change Management procedure as require upon receive specs from customer.

- Proper Document Control with Cosmetic stamped for all new drawing from sales

- Log in all RFQ from Sales into Engineering RFQ folder

- Handle order processing. Put up job sheet and pull out the correct drawing revision from server.

Requirements:

Your duties includes the following:

• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, assisting in the organizing of papers for board meetings and preparation of board minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements

• Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met

• Registers and minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents are updated

• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders for information and documents

• Preparation of XBRL in full set

• meet task timeline/due date

We are looking for a Singaporean/PR. No experience is welcomed. Training will be provided. Able to communicate with colleagues for work flow and timeline. Able to communicate with client to request for necessary secretarial related document. Good record keeping habit and skill. Good teamplayer. Able to handle mandarin clients.
