· Preparation of monthly audit schedules

· Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary & bankers

· Interco reconciliation

· Checking payment vouchers

· XBRL Filing

· Quarterly GST submissions

· Any other tasks

Qualifications

· Certificate/Diploma in Accounting

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of accounting

· Background in construction industries is an added advantage.

Senior Accounts cum Admin Executive

Salary : $3500-4500

Working hour : Mon to Fri 12pm to 8pm

Location : Pioneer

Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform general office administrative tasks, including managing documentation, filing, maintaining records, and office supplies.
• Assist with basic HR support, such as leave records and employee attendance.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferable 2-3 years of working experience as accounts or relevant roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
