We are expanding and looking for a Sales person to join our team.
Sales and Business Development:
Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Build and maintain strong customers relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Address client inquiries and objections professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible solutions for clients.
Sales Management:
Maintain and update an accurate sales pipeline.
Monitor the progress of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Sales Skill:
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients according to the company guidelines
Close sales and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
Ensure all sales order and documentation are accurate and complete.
Customer Service:
Povide excellent post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for client concerns and issues, resolving them promptly.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Passion in Sales & enjoy communicating with peoples.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion of acheving more.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Prefer to have own transport.
