In this role, you will be responsible to:

● Carry out engineering design with minimal supervision in accordance with local codes or relevant international design codes

● Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

● Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

● Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

● Observe, review and report of works on site

● Handle client liaison and reporting

● Provide leadership to projects including planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

● Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients

● Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

● To work with the Qualified Person (QP) to develop electrical building services designs and calculations.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering

. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design & supervision of building service projects

· Experience in design & design management of healthcare, residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage

· Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

· Experience user with relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks

· Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

· Able to work independently & exercise initiative

· Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. HR Administration:

• Handle all office administrative work such staff records, work pass application and monitoring
• Administer employee benefits, insurance updates, claims processing, and medical coverage.
• Maintain HR databases and update policies, procedures, and Company employee handbook.
• Keep record of staff leave and employee’s training records
• Administer training grants and government-related claims (CPF Levy Waiver, Maternity & Paternity claims, Childcare Leave claim)
• Handle all office purchases, like stationeries and pantry needs
• Must understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment

2. Payroll Processing:

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, payslip generation and summary report.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach
• Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance
• Responsible for statutory payment submission like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NS Claims
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Payroll sytem and MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Client Accounts Management

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and accounts for clients.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding their financial and compliance needs.
  

Team Supervision

• Provide guidance and support to junior/senior team members.
• Review and approve work prepared by associates to ensure accuracy and quality.
  

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure timely submission of GST returns, and other regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with BTA's appointed tax agents for the submission of corporate tax filings.
• Stay updated with changes in local laws and accounting standards.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes.
• Contribute to the adoption and implementation of new accounting tools and technologies.
  

Client Engagement and Development

• Assist in client relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying client needs and opportunities.
  

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or tax services, preferably within a professional services environment.
  

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
