Job Scope

• Provide full administrative support

JOB SUMMARY

To provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of central kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Assist with filing, scanning, and printing of documents for the office and central kitchen.
• File weekly records for hygiene check lists & photos.

• Supervise and oversee the work of Electricians and Instrument Techs, responsible for training and testing, responsible for maintenance of and compliance with electrical safety program, including LOTO System.
• Must have working knowledge of all applicable electrical industry standards and recommended practices, e.g. NEC, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, NEMA, CP5 etc.
• Must have the knowledge and experience of instrumentation used to control and monitor processes in the chemical processing/Oil & Gas industry.
