• Promote and market the government support programmes to assist employers in the hiring of Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in PMET roles and internship placement

· Handle the end-to end application and disbursement of grants.

1. Applications Management – handle enquires and processing of applications.

2. Onboarding Management – handle enquires; generation of Letter of Offer; onboarding of companies and trainees to the programme.

3. Database Management – handle enquires; capture of data; ensure data quality and generation of management reports.

4. Claims Management – handle enquires and processing of claims.

5. Feedback Management – handle enquires; feedback/complaints; investigate and follow through with companies.

6. Review Management – handle enquires; review documentations; investigate and identify discrepancies and follow through with companies.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

· Work with various government agencies, training providers and industry associations

· Organise/Participate in job fairs to assist member companies in their hiring of Singaporeans and PRs

· Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required

· Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Polytechnic diploma with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience
• Preferably with some experience in the administration of government schemes
• Preferably with some knowledge of government funding schemes
• Able to multi-task, comfortable with administrative work and is meticulous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
• Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results

We are looking for a Project Officer to take care of ERI@N IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, capacity planning, operations supports, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on IT related issues like setting up of computers, trouble shooting, planning for IT resources, monitor system resource utilization and etc
• Perform general maintenance on IT equipment, system upgrades, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, such as: basic network troubleshooting in windows and linux using command prompt or Terminal troubleshooting of software or web browser compatibility issue for applications. Installation, and updating of window server 2012 and 2016, window 10, 8 and 7 OS. Including installation of linux OS
• Adding computer to domain, adding of network printers, and installation of server Roles and features.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
• Deal with administrative matters which include purchases, related to IT equipments
• Assist with event on IT and AV matters - Audio Video and photography support
• Maintain network, CCTV system, workstation, servers, and notebooks within company
• Support Level 1 to level 2 IT support. Include software installation for user
• Familiar with Installation, and updating of window server 2012 and 2016, window 10, 8 and 7 OS. Including installation of linux OS. Adding computer to domain, adding of network printers, and installation of server Roles and features.
• Adding of local user for local system for common use workstation
• Able to deploy and update in house AV(Symantec EndPoint) software to all workstation, servers, and notebooks
• Able to support and administrate NAS file sharing access.
• Conduct Training and guidance to users.
• Manage IT Assets, keep track of new and existing IT assets, including loan items and reporting of damage IT assets return by staff.
• Manage software licenses
• Processing IT asset clearance for staff leaving the company.
• Operation support and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma (for PO and Research Assistant equivalent) in IT operational support or related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands-on experience in IT operational supports/ helpdesk
• Meticulous, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office is preferred.
• Interpersonal skill (e.g. Ability to work independently / develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details / excellent organizational / time management skills)

Job Description:

• Handle General Ledger, Monthly and Year End Closing
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts
• Responsible for month/year end financial and management reports
• Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation
• Review the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure the accuracy of daily sales revenue and expenses
• Prepare and submit of quarterly GST returns
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary for statutory filings and relevant documetation
• Assisting any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business
• Fully responsible for monthly AR and ensure customers’ payment on time
• Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls. i.e., Process and Compliances to group's requirements and policies
• Assist Inventory management, e.g.: Stock take, Monitoring and prepare monthly expiry stock report
• Do credit review for new customers and update their profile in system regularly
• Create payment advise in bank system
• Prepare and send E-Statement and collect payment
• Prepare and submit tax computation including GST
• Prepare audit schedules including drafting financial statements for year-end audit
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecast – Analyze data to operations team – Monitor daily cash flow
• Liaise with software consultant in relation to the system improvement / customization reports as required and involving in system troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a similar field of study
• Diploma in Accounting
• Experience with accounting system, Odoo is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office Skills with strong Excel proficiency
