Roles and Responsibilities:

The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.

Job Description

• Put up technical statements and requirements for all aspects of Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA) Works, including network development and associated field engineering works.
• Execute procurement functions, including strategic sourcing and supply contracting works.
• Communicate and work very closely with the Procurement Manager and ICA Head for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent.
• Maintain and update all procurement documentation and records.
• Support the Instrumentation, Control and Automation Head of Department in budget monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience. Applicants with more than 8 years of working experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Executive.
• Experience in Environmental Engineering, particularly in water, wastewater treatment, and Waste-to-Energy (WTE) industries, with a focus on SCADA and DCS is preferred.
• Good oral and written command in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
• Commercially orientated with good negotiation skill.

This is a contract role (12 months) for a Warehouse Assistant located in Pioneer. Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. This includes tasks like checking and storing inbound items, picking and packing outbound orders, and preparing cargo for shipment. They also handle value-added services such as repacking, cleaning, and performing minor maintenance on spare parts. Inventory management is a key part of the role, involving regular cycle counts, stock assessments, and minor rework on pallets or products as needed. Additionally, they ensure all documentation and processes comply with the company’s internal controls and standard operating procedures.
