We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Executive to join our auto finance business. As a Senior Loan Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the pre and post-disbursement processes, including but not limited to timely loan collection. Your expertise in credit operations will contribute to the success and profitability of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform record creation and system updating in the Company’s s operating systems for loan application received.
- Perform documentation check before loan disbursement and ensure invoices received are in order.
- Raise disbursement and commission payment requests.
- Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and other notification letters to customers / law firms.
- Perform imaging, indexing, and filing of collateral documents.
- Review & update system reports on a daily basis.
- Handle customers’ enquiries.
- Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager.
- Assist Team Manager by providing ideas / initiatives to improve the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate these risks.

Requirement:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Loans or in Credit Operations role.
Good understanding of operational risks.
Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Descriptions: -

• Preparation of sales invoices and ensure they are sent to client on a timely basis.
• Liaising with operations team to clarify any issues relating to invoicing.
• Monitoring and action of debtor ageing to ensure prompt settlement of issued invoices.
• Monitoring of WIP and accrued sales and liaising with operations team to ensure timely invoicing of unbilled revenues.
• Preparation of monthly progress claim report and working with operations team to accurately recognise monthly revenues
• Preparing for and taking part in debt & unbilled sales review during weekly operations meeting and/or as required.
• Ensuring that the sales ledger is being maintained accurately and reconciled.
• Preparation of accrued sales report for month end.
• Any additional duties assigned as required.

Requirements: -

• Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Executives specializing in AR Accounting
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable and responsible, shows attention to detail
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
• Educational Qualifications: Degree / Diploma In Accounting
• Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Ensure organization meets/exceeds customers' expectations and complies with TIS internal sales
• Ensure Sales Service team provides a complete and timeliness resolution attending to query, resolve issues leading to positive outcomes for Sales in the Asia Pacific region with a total of 6 Sales Affiliates and 16 countries
• Data, Tools and system – Supporting Sales team in execution through the sufficiency and efficiency of Sales information and database management

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
• Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
