Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Build strong knowledge of sales processes and product offerings
• Identify and qualify new inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Conduct customer calls to qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team
• Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
• Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop future sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity records to ensure effective lead management
• Engage with clients to understand their hiring requirements, follow-up closely on client’s job order fulfilment and expectations
• Enhance customer-centric sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields
• Candidates who have no experience but are interested in sales and business development are welcome to apply
• Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in business development and/or sales
• Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
• Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets
