Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Job Scope

• Assisting with the conceptualisation, curation and production of digital marketing collaterals – graphic, photography, videography.

• Producing online live-selling sessions of various consumer products.

• Co-management of the marketing content calendar.

• Provide ideas to build the company’s digital presence and engagement with its audience.

• Identify market trends and analyse with team to gain insights for better marketing strategies.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years prior experience in related field.

The Operations Team:

Key Responsibilities:

The Research Assistant (RA) will have knowledge of coastal ecosystem services, social sciences, carbon policy, environmental science, and/or similar coastal environmental issues at the policy-academic interface. They will work closely with a Research Fellow and project staff for the ‘National Carbon Accounting’ Work Package, as well as the PIs to ensure the requirements of the project work plan are met. The RA will be responsible for assisting with social science data collection, collation and analysis of carbon and climate policy data, and assisting with data management. This will additionally include conducting literature reviews of relevant articles and information, managing and analyzing ecological and socioeconomic datasets related to blue carbon science and policy in Singapore, and conducting field work to collect new data.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and contract management support for all directly invested projects.
• Manage and oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review cost assumptions for new projects.
• Support Risk Management by screening and strengthening contracts, procurement practices, and SOPs for joint-venture projects.
• Attach to project companies for short durations to provide procurement and contracts management support.
• Review project Procurement and Contracts Management Policies and Processes for compliance with Group policies.
• Oversee and resolve delayed and disputed costs, including variation claims.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China being an advantage.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.

The Key Account Executive, Retail – FMCG, is part of our Sales team. Tasks & responsibilitiesKey Account Responsibilities:Meet monthly sales targets for designated accounts. Collaborate with Operations to optimize sales, distribution, and merchandising.

Product Launch:To do new product listing with each supermarket chain and responsible for the planning and implementing new product launch activities.
Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.
To liaise and negotiate with supermarket personnel for product display space and rental during promotion periods, and to improve visual merchandising of our products.
Propose and execute ways to expand product display for brand awareness in outlets.

Relationship Building:Build and strengthen relationships with buyers, outlet personnel, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations e.g. stock ordering, replenishment
Understand the customer’s business universe, identify and capture opportunities to increase market share in the outlet, and identify the opportunities/threats in the market to increase the outlet’s potential for maximizing profits to the company.
Provide excellent customer service and enhance customer relationships. Build effective business relationships with customers to meet their needs while protecting the company’s interests.

Sales Development:Assist in developing and implementing sales activities (NCP, promotion, thematic campaign).
Monitor and track marketing expenses to ensure that trade spend is within budget
Analyze category, brand sales, and promotions of assigned accounts for business opportunities to grow sales, volume, and distribution Provide feedback on the trade and competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance and competitiveness
Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and to develop the business further.
