Purpose and Scope

Responsible for inventory movement including goods received, goods issued and return as per delivery order, and material request/ return instructions, you will work closely with the Maintenance team and 3rd party warehouse to facilitate warehouse activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineers for consolidation of orders for 3rd party warehouse
• Work with Maintenance and 3rd party warehouse to retrieve spares
• Receive and if required, unload stocks item to maintenance workshop from transport vehicle or delivered to warehouse
• Store and organize items in multi-tier shelves
• Update inventory movement with the correct transaction codes in our computerized warehouse management system (SAP MM module)
• Perform cycle-count activities and annual stock take activities buy tallying material in the warehouse and maintenance workshop against list of material maitained in our SAP database
• Create New Material ID as and when required
• Handle all paperwork for scrap disposal
• Coordinate on site for loading of Open Top Container (OTC) onto Lorry to dispose the scraps and unloading of empty OTC on site for O&M team to dispose future scraps
• Observe and enforce all warehouse processes and HSSE policies and procedures
• Monitor and ensure only authorized personnel accessing the maintenance workshop
• Perform parts preservation for spares as per method statement prepared by maintenance team
• Monitor and reorder consumables items to prevent stock-out
• Perform tagging to ensure Stocks can be easily identified
• Prepare report on discrepancies of cycle-count to seek approval from manager

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Candidate must possess a minimum standard of IT literacy to update goods movement transactions in SAP as well as to trace and search for stocks in the system
• Candidate must be willing to work outside normal working due to work exigencies to support urgent spares withdrawal during major shut-down activities of our plant and equipment
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• Possess a Class 3 driving and Forklift license
• Related industry experience with Certificate in Logistics Operations, Logistics Management or equivalent
• Candidate must be alert and aware of the physical hazards and obstructions in the maintenance workshop / plant and wear proper PPE, as prescribed
• Candidate must be competent to be trained to operate all material handling equipment inclusive of Fork-lift etc
• Candidate is required to retrieve items up to 10kg from shelves accessible by stairs and carry stocks up to 10kg and perform preservation works on equipment such as rotating the motor shaft, strapping and palletized the stock item

As a Assistant Microbiology, you will be responsible for overseeing routine testing for the Microbiology lab to support our manufacturing production.

In this role, a typical day will include:

· Perform routine/non-routine microbiology testing as per plan. Test includes Bioburden for product (contact lens) samples, water samples, in process samples, and environmental monitoring, growth promotion test, plate reading.

• Conduct new joiners' orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joiners.

Job Description

• Handle foreign worker related duties such as work pass application/renewal, worker employment contract (in both English & Chinese), medical examination arrangement, training courses application, registration of address in MOM portal, etc.
• Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues and PCP applications
• Responsible for the maintenance, co-ordination and administrative set up of system access activation and de-activation (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating of employees database
• Responsible for Filing, Labeling, Storing and Maintain up-to-date file records, office supplies and assets to enable quick retrieval and always available
• Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent
• Min 2 years HR Admin WPOL experience in construction sector
• Able to communicate to Chinese Construction Workers is a must
• Independent and able to multitask & hardworking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mon to Sat (5.5 Day Week)

• Conceptualize, design, develop, implement and review of sales, marketing & PR strategies.
• Plan, co-ordinate, execute and manage sponsorships, promotional activities, events & roadshows.
• Support product, sales and export departments with marketing related activities and materials.
• Assist in attend to ad-hoc walk in customers sales enquiries in showrooms at times.
• Responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, tracking social media & SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Managing & updating of brands websites with product information & events.
• Managing & contents creation for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok), response to relevant social media & customers enquiries.
• Preparation of monthly marketing report & regular updating of competitors benchmarking reports.
• To ensure all brand & marketing guidelines are followed & implemented by both local & export markets.
• Responsible in planning & conducting internal / external trainings in relation to product & marketing.
• Oversees export distributors marketing activities & supports with available marketing resources.
• Responsible for managing brand image for showrooms & events (Local & Export markets).
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields.
• Prior marketing experience would be preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing software will be an added advantage.
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
