Responsible for managing procurement operations for an organisation’s projects, a Senior Procurement Executive ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards. The Executive also leads efforts in improving the procurement processes by proposing sourcing strategies and suggesting improvement initiatives to enhance the organisation’s ability to meet project deadlines. The Executive should typically come from an engineering background with production or design work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees various aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, Public Relations, event management, liaison with agencies on concept development, creative production, and implementation.
• Manage and update content on the Company website, Facebook, and other social media platforms to ensure an effective digital presence.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Maintain and track inventory for marketing and promotional materials such as brochures and corporate gifts.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to identify challenges and opportunities, driving effective marketing strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editor.
• Knowledge of marketing and analytical tools such as SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Open to candidates without prior experience but must possess a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Possessing a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon Fri)

Job Description:

• Perform the full spectrum of HR duties

Reporting to the Company Security Manager, the Security Executive will ensure Industrial Security compliance for the Business Unit in the areas of Physical, Information, Personnel and Document Security according to policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Build security awareness and culture through conduct of regular and scheduled briefing, training and broadcast reminders
• Ensure security compliance in accordance with security SOPs and policies
• Assist in the conducting scheduled internal audits and no-notice spot-checks
• Support any tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• ​​​​​​​Experience in introducing and implementing new security initiatives or enhancing existing security measures
• Knowledge in IT and network security would be an added advantage
