• Keeping track of logistics and updating the company’s inventory, analyzing operational performance and resolving issues, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

• To assist Operation Manager on the daily deployment for the workers, including planning of logistics for the workers to and back from job site
• To record, maintain and apply for the following passes for workers before expiration;

1. Jurong Island Pass
2. Mandatory safety passes
3. Mandatory training courses

• To maintain a good inventory records for all PPE and ensure all records are in order for audit purposes.
• To order, prepare and distribution of PPEs to the employees.
• Collection of timecards/timesheets from employees every month end and ensure that the records are in order before handling over to the Accounts
• To check on mandatory courses, compare and enroll the workers as assigned
• To assist on any ad-hoc operations' related matters as per assigned by the Operations Manager

• Mon- Fri 830am -6pm (1 half Saturday per month)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily AR functions (e.g., sending statements of accounts, collection calls) and AP tasks (e.g., posting supplier invoices, preparing vendor payments).
• Track and manage customer accounts, addressing non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities, and report collection status.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, answering calls, and managing mail, courier, and documentation.
• Oversee office inventory, ensuring supplies are sufficient and replenished as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned to support the office's operations

Requirements:

• Possess at least LCCI
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office( Excel, Works & Power-point)
• Knowledge in SAP software will be an advantage
