Manne & Co is a live-streaming station that is looking to grow in the realm of content creation and develop marketing strategies that will effectively attract new fans and customers. As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.

In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Being a Marketing Executive also plays a pivotal role in the live roster, where new ideas are always needed to promote products that the company curates and takes pride in.

Job Scope

• Assisting with the conceptualisation, curation and production of digital marketing collaterals – graphic, photography, videography.

• Producing online live-selling sessions of various consumer products.

• Co-management of the marketing content calendar.

• Provide ideas to build the company’s digital presence and engagement with its audience.

• Identify market trends and analyse with team to gain insights for better marketing strategies.

• ⁠ Manage selected social media accounts.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years prior experience in related field.

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Basic-Intermediate).

• Familiar with Canva and its use primarily for graphic designs.

• Video editing with Capcut or similar content creation tools.

• Background knowledge in OBS or similar livestreaming tools.

• Ability to understand and navigate through the management of different social networking platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Telegram).

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibility:

This role is primarily responsible to execute the day-to-day operation of the Seacabbie operations, under the supervision of the Operation Manager. This is a shift-based role, and involves interaction with the fleet, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

This is a client facing role and is critical in maintaining an effective interface with our clients and serve as link between the client and boat operations.

Additionally, the role is also expected to promote our services to encourage the clients to provide bookings on our platform.

Job Accountability:

Boat Orders

• Monitor/make the bookings for the boat trips based on the client’s requirement as received on our booking platform. Ensure all customer’s orders / enquiries timely and accurately
• Co-ordinate the outsourcing of trips with the approved outsourcing boat vendors
• Handle and understand any client related issues with care and seek immediate guidance from supervisor / manager on duty as required.

Parcels/Off-land Items

• Receive and ensure safe storage of Off land items/parcels received from clients at the terminal (MSP/WCP)
• Follow-up with clients for collection of off- land items as required
• Ensure safe & timely dispatch of parcels to the vessels as per client bookings/instructions

Crew Operations

• Monitor the boat crew duty roster for attendance by ensuring clock-in/clock-out. When required, to coordinate the sourcing of replacement crew as per instruction of operation manager.

Operations

• Monitor the bunker requests and record remaining quantity (ROB) in liaison with boat crew by following the procedure if the boat needs to bunker
• Liaise with multiple parties including customers, agents, service providers boat crew, internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective completion of orders
• Maintain event data, records, and all related information promptly & accurately in system
• Communicate discrepancies / issues to team supervisor / manager when necessary
• Governs proper handing over and taking over of duties during change of shifts

Self-Development

• Understudy the role of Operations manager and assist in tasks related to operation of fleet when time permits. This role is the first step towards developing the skills required for fleet operations

Miscellaneous

• Any other ad-hoc work instructions / administration duties from supervisor / manager

Educational/Skills Qualification:

Education/Experience

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Maritime transportation related qualification is advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics coordinator/customer service or similar roles is advantageous

Job Description

• Prepare, manage, and facilitate design drawings utilizing BIM, Rino, Grasshopper and CAD technologies.
• Ensure all models are compatible and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.
• Oversee coordination between architectural and structural interfaces, collaborating with main contractors and other trades for effective cross-team support.
• Work closely with the design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings meet design specifications.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural Engineering, or a related field.

• Ensure the documentation record and plant 3S is properly maintained.
• Review production process and documents daily (Batch record, log sheet, check sheet, etc.).
• Feedback, investigate and submit reports on operation abnormality, incidents, etc.
• Training, coaching, and motivating staff to meet the present and future needs of the manufacturing operations, cultivating a good quality culture mindset within the department.
• To take charge of Work In Progress (WIP) check weekly and monthly, provide WIP & Production report.
• Assist Production Manager to liaise with suppliers or contractor.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement (Work procedure, Cost deduction, Automation, EHS, etc.).
• To perform other tasks in the manufacturing division as and when required.
• To work independently with minimum supervision, be resourceful and self-motivated.
• Take charge of departmental employee attendance checking and submission.

Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an API pharma supervisory role.
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Process automation and IT knowledge will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Assistant / Marketing Manager on the following:

• Coordinate and execute group-level and/or brand-level marketing campaigns, including creating interesting and engaging content that are in line with the brand and evaluating campaign effectiveness to achieve impactful results (e.g. ROI, engagement)
• Assist in copywriting and editing communication materials
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the latest brand information on all communication channels
• Conduct research and survey to keep abreast of latest market developments - pricing, consumers, competitors, concepts and promotions
• Analyse data and translate into actionable tasks to drive results
• Report generation and post-campaign presentation to management
• Coordinate and facilitate media tasting session, product launches and events to both internal and external parties
• Support any operational needs for marketing campaigns, product launches and new store openings
• Manage and maintain digital assets for the brands, including coordinating brand and product photography / videography
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and partners
• Handle inquiries on corporate sales and collaborations / partnerships
• Other projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, with preferably 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality industry
• Prior internship experience with creative agencies running digital campaigns and generating social media contents would be an added advantage
• Keen interest in analysing and interpreting data
• Adaptable, resourceful and independent
• Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and able to work with tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Willing to work in the West area

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounting tasks
• Enter accurate and timely data into the organization’s accounting system, must be used to processing and entering information into computerized accounting software
• Assign correct account codes to all transactions when posting
• Accurately file the paper records associated with any transaction
• Reconciliation of customer and supplier balances
• Compile relevant business documentation used in banking processes
• Perform month-end closing activities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience
• Or at least 4 years’ relevant experience if without Diploma/Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have used accounting software
• Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of double entry accounting

• Ensure all timesheet for all commercial sites are filled
• Ensure all site SOP are met accordingly to client's requirement
• Planning, executing and implementing new SOP to ensure cleaners are following
• Draft out timetable and duties for individual site cleaner to adhere
• Ensure smooth operations flow across all sites
• Site visit meeting with customer bi-annually to ensure customer satisfaction and gather client's feedback
• Ensure all stocks for the necessities are replenished at all time
• Maintain good relationships with clients
