THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE

The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services. Conduct joint inspection rounds with Specialists/Technical Officers on building/Exhibit/AV & lighting defects.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety equipment, work methods, and procedures. Promptly rectify any unsafe situations, adhering to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Be responsible for implementing Company’s SOP and policies including compliance to QEHS policies. Conducting regular checks on the entire building to ensure the prompt removal of fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors, and obstruction-free access.
• Supervise Works: Control and supervise all AV Lighting and exhibition related works performed by Specialists/Technical Officers and contractors, including those carried out by tenant's fitting out contractors. Supervise and inspect the works of contractors and the works of the service providers (cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, car park and security). To ensure contractors’ compliance to safety, regulations and level of standards set by DCS.
• Repairs and Emergency Situations: Responding to emergency situations & troubleshoot sound and video and ensuring prompt repairs of property facilities. Providing updates to Centre Management team with regards to the situation.
• Procurement: Manage budgetary control of expenditures including preparation of annual budgets and forecast. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timeline including putting up of documents and procurement for OPEX/CAPEX requests.
• Daily Operations: Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices etc. Conduct regular inspection of the centre to ensure high standard of cleanliness and service are provided by term contractors related to cleaning, landscape, pest control etc.
• Reports: Monitor and report on the work progress of minor improvement projects or A&A work. Tabulate inspection report and plans for defects rectification.
• Project Management: Procurement of services as well as management of services and projects from inception, execution and to completion. Project lead to manage all aspects of project.
• Event Management: To provide audio, visual and media services for events and activities (e.g. Family Day, celebrations, etc). To help staff (hands-on) on setup of technology in the venues.
• Others: provide training to staff and students on the use of AV and lighting equipment, carry out any ad-hoc duties, handyman work, projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum diploma in the audiovisual technology, sound engineering, lighting design technology or any related field, such as digital media or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities.
• Possess strong working knowledge with maintenance work, local codes and regulations. Familiar with statutory requirements on building services, facility operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Withstand various strenuous activities such as frequent walking, prolonged standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling without restriction.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant experiences in facilities management/MCST, ACMV, M&E Systems, building automation system (BAS), Certification as Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.

• 13 Jan 2025 to 31 Oct 2025

Deployment:

• Monday and Tuesday, when there is no other school event: 0730h to 1700h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 8.5 hours.
• Wednesday, Infocomm Club CCA training day: 0730h to 1800h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 9.5 hours
• Thursday, when there is no other school event: 0830h to 1700h, with a 1-hour lunch break. Total working hours: 7.5 hours

Scope of Works:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.
• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.
• To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.
• To setup AV equipment for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.
• Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

Roles & Responsibilities

Driver - Responsibilities

The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company lorry to pick up workers, to or from site, office and dormitory etc.

1.1 The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

1.2 The Driver must follow the schedule or ad-hoc obtained from the Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

1.3 The Driver must inform the Supervisors and Co-ordinator as soon as possible if he is delayed in his schedule. This will enable them to plan their resources efficiently.

1.4 Aside from driving the workers to site, rest of the time will be to support office courier needs.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

2.1 The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

2.2 The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. Otherwise, costs will not be reimbursed.

3 Safety

3.1 The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

3.2 If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3.3 The Driver must inform the Director or PIC immediately that he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

3.4 The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

3.5 The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

4.1 The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

4.2 The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

4.3 The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

The above is an overview of the work scope and responsibilities of a Driver employed by the Company. It is by no means an exhaustive list. There may be other scope and responsibilities deemed normal by the industry which by default will be included in this Appendix.

Responsible for the marketing of Ethical & CHC business in Singapore through effective development and implementation of marketing strategies to contribute towards achieving the sales; growth and profitability of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To ensure achievement of sales, profit and growth targets of the Ethical & CHC range of products.
2. Develop and spearhead marketing strategies, marketing plans for Ethical & CHC products. Ensure successful implementation & roll out.
3. Product Life Cycle management, continuous evaluation of line extension and/or discontinuation/revitalization of products. Work with relevant stakeholders and eternal agencies, to explore, evaluate and expand the range of products for Ethical & CHC.
4. Drive new product launches for Ethical & CHC range of products.
5. To support sales team with planning & executing marketing campaigns, promotional materials to drive business performance towards achieving financial year targets.
6. To ensure effective communication of marketing plans and strategies to the sales force
7. To keep abreast of market trends and competitor’s activities, in order to develop an effective marketing plan/strategy or to devise counter strategies to prevent erosion of market share.
8. To effectively manage promotional/marketing spending, and ensure that the spending is within the given budget.
9. To equip sales team with product knowledge via product training. Conduct role plays in ensuring the right promotional messaging has been conveyed.
10. To evaluate and improve product sales performance by consistent review of promotional campaigns and recommends remedial actions for subsequent marketing activities.
11. Market visit for market assessment and analysis for development of effective marketing plans and strategies.
12. KOL and brand advocate development for new and established products.
13. Event management- To organize and manage CMEs/Workshops/Roadshows for both Ethical & CHC events.
14. To effectively forecast and monitor CHC stocks, in order to maintain healthy stock level and no OOS situation.
15. To support sales team on exemption products request, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure stocks availability.
16. Tender Management – To support in pricing proposal and work with RA for documentation for submission of government tenders.
17. Support Sales team in product listing in retail/hospitals.
18. Vendor & agencies management – manage digital advertising/media/creative agencies, to maximize their contribution in promotion strategies and campaigns.

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Science/Business/Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council (Added Advantage)
• Min. 1-2 years in Sales or Marketing. Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
