The Accounts Administrative Assistant supports the finance department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients, and reconciling bank statements and invoices. Responsibilities:

FINANCIAL RETURNS

Job Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading of fragile goods onto the vehicle and ensuring safe delivery to customers.

Role and Responsibility

• Take accurate and comprehensive notes for all meetings.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, both within and outside the organisation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel or location.
• Preparation of CEO and CBDO presentation documents.
• Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients and contact information.
• Handle expenses claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO and CBDO.
• Collect and organise information from various sources, providing timely and relevant updates to the CEO and CBDO.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure project progress and task completion.

Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Store Assistant to work in our store. Duties include helping our customers identify and purchase items, restocking the retail space, and creating appealing merchandize displays. Store Assistants ensure that retail operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include:

· Assists in achieving store recruiting goals

· Run Cash Register

· Drive the achievement of the store’s sale targets while also meeting individual sales goals

Requirements
