• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
• Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list
• Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring.
• Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required
• Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT facilities matters to resolve issues timely.
• Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials, and meeting room booking.
• assist in any additional duties, adhoc projects and admin as assigned.
