- Working Hours: 5 days (9 am-5.45 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $5,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily shipping operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods to and from designated locations.
- Handle Letters of Credit, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time. Work closely with banks and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize and manage the ERP system to track shipments, inventory, and documentation. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the shipping department, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations and grow professionally.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors and carriers, negotiating rates and managing contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipping, transportation, or documentation delays.
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects or assignments from the management team to support overall business operations.

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a shipping/logistics role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of PO, SO, DO, invoicing, PFI, invoice preparation, and L/C documentation.
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to start work on short notice or immediately.
- Growth mindset with a strong dedication to ongoing professional advancement.
- Willing to take on ad-hoc projects.
- Proven track record in improvement projects and KPI achievements.
