Day to Day Activities

• Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial well-being and support key compliance areas, including statutory audits, corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
• Provide guidance to Finance Executives and Associates by coordinating tasks and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including preparing accounting ledgers, journals, schedules, and financial statements for internal and external requirements.
• Oversee bank and intercompany reconciliations, intercompany billings, and recharges while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Review and approve supplier and customer account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, journal entries, and financial data input into accounting software.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, including preparing monthly P&L flux analysis and identifying trends or potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and company accounting policies.
• Assist in annual external and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulations.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations in the campus.

Functional:

• Supports the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations, transactions and collections in the campus

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare setting is an advantage otherwise training will be provided.
• Able to converse with Mandarin speaking patient
• Computer-literate able to type and print

· Experience in cooking South indian food like idly,dosi & Meals Etc.

· Ability to follow SOP’s and detailed recipes.

· Knowledge of varieties of Indian Spice.

Location: Lakeside

Scope of Services:

1. Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
2. Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
3. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Good communication, pleasant disposition and inter-personal skills
2. Basic Proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GCE 'O' or “N” level with a credit in English.
3. Preferably have at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide general administrative support to related internal departments
2. Maintain proper filing of records, correspondences and documents
3. Data entry and payroll functions
4. Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year working experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting
2. Willingness to learn and good time management
3. Organised and detailed, who can work independently
4. 5 day work week: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
