• Ensure all research projects comply with regulatory and funding agency requirements.

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in research
  administration, including budget and grant management.
• At least 3 years of experience in research administration and providing executive-level
  administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other automation software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of
  stakeholders.

The Senior Executive Officer / Assistant Manager (Policy and Plans) will provide comprehensive planning and administrative support to the CEO, Board, and the organization.

This role is well suited for a university graduate in their first or second job role. This position provides critical support to the Total Rewards team to ensure smooth processing and administering of Ralph Lauren’s Total Rewards programs & initiatives in Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
