About the role

As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in handling tender processes, project oversight, and contract administration to ensure quality and compliance across our portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to project and contract management and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you will be doing:

• Manage building, mechanical, and electrical projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all works are on track.
• Develop and roll out tender documents for term contracts and projects, evaluate proposals, and provide recommendations for client and management approval.
• Oversee contract execution, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
• Attend project and client meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field and has hands-on experience with tender processes and project execution.
• With at least 2 years in related roles (such as quantities surveying and project management), especially in the building and construction industry.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely submission of tender and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Mainly involved in credit control matters; accounts receivables & accounts payables (AR/AP).
• Follow up with the collection of non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Liaise with customers on statements of accounts and invoices, issue dunning letter accordingly.
• Ensure prompt updating of receipts from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function.
• Assist in annual audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• 2 years of work experience in accounting/finance, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment but not a MUST HAVE.
• Analytical Skills and knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecast.

• IT professionals with at least one (1) year experience in Software Implementation/Project Management preferred.
• Experience in handling software application projects.
• Familiar with Project Management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web development, UX/UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Knowledgeable in relation database systems and web application development.
