Responsibilities

• Work in any SMRT Maintenance Depots or facilities and comply with all Safety Requirements.
• Develop data engineering pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform engineering analytics of condition monitoring data and trending of defect data to derive engineering insights and identify areas for reliability improvements.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in areas such as ridership, service performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop data analytics and condition monitoring capabilities to support the evolution from preventive to predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Design and create interactive dashboards, charts, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and transportation analytics.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computing or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Demonstrated dashboarding competency in PowerBI or equivalent dashboarding software
• Demonstrated programming competency in Python or equivalent programming languages
• Previous Railway System experience would be advantageous.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

- Ensure that all correspondence are replied within 24 hours.
