• Hand-on experience with ERP Systems

The Operations Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing, managing and evaluation of the daily operations in PRISM+. He/She also works with internal and external teams to ensure daily operations such as planning, execution, and reporting of deliveries and fleet operations of the ceiling fan delivery teams or TV/Monitor/RMA delivery teams

• Supervising and managing daily operations
• Assist with day-day logistics and warehousing activities
• Evaluating and reporting on various metrics and performances
• Develop strategies for efficient workflows
• Daily and monthly reporting of deliverables and KPIs
• Inventory management and replenishment of equipment and tools

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and being tech savvy
• Operations and management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
