**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in all administrative duties within the legal department

- Prepare and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Maintain and organize legal files and records

- Handle compliance with client’s subject access requests.

- Handle and requests clinics/Hospitals of client’s medical report

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff members

- Perform accurate research and analysis for the investigation of matter

- Transcribe calls to ensure thorough documentation and support.

- Answering incoming calls

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Experience**:

Duties

3. Well versed with local labour law and able to advise Operational staff and Payroll team on labour laws and HR practices.
4. Human Resource duties including interview Security Officers, prepare employment letters, promotion letters, termination letters, and update personnel e-records.
5. Conduct exit interviews and find ways to retain staff.

6. Support Operations by optimizing deployment schedules to ensure no shortfall

of personnel at sites.

8. Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or the authority.

9. Assist in annual grading exercise and ISO audit, BCM audit, partial payroll, training admin.

10. General Admin & support duties.

As a Mooncake Packing & Distributing Assistant, you will be in ensuring that our mooncakes are carefully and expertly packed for our hotel and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and distributing mooncakes. The duration will be from 22 July - 18 September 2024.

• Inspecting mooncakes for quality and consistency.
• Packing mooncakes into packaging/ boxes for distribution.
• Labeling and documenting packed mooncakes for inventory purposes.
