Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the Head of Department's calendar. 
• Handle department administrative tasks such as organizing tenant and department events. 
• Oversee lease management, including preparation and verification of lease documents. 
• Conduct audits on leases and tenants, and perform other related lease management duties. 
• Input information into the system, maintain the database, and track the status of lease documents.
• Track security deposits, monitor the submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants, and make necessary adjustments.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; SAP experience preferred. 
• Must be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent, and proactive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
