Reporting the Manager, you will manage and maintain donor relationships and execute the community partners’ engagement strategy. Your primary role is to facilitate third party fundraising activities, seek new fundraisers and manage the existing charity fundraisers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute the strategy and tactics for charity fundraisers

• Administrative duties include preparation of purchase requisitions via Tenderboard, generate purchasing orders.
• Ensure that administrative matters including periodic reports, record keeping is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and assist with the collection and distribution of donation boxes
• Ensure that NETs QR code stickers are properly secured in selected and approved retail outlets and public places.
• Facilitate and assist with online giving portals.

Qualifications And Experience

• A degree in marketing or business management

• Vendor Invoice Management
• Timely and accurately processing of invoices
• Follow-up with buyers if there is any vendor not registered in SAP
