• Overseeing the compliance with all relevant requirements set by the agencies
• Available on call to handle, manage the potential emergencies at all locations at any hour

Title: QA Executive

Reports to: QA MANAGER

Collaborates with: Production cum QA Admin

Position Summary:

The incumbent ensures product quality and regulatory compliance by supporting the CEO & QA Manager with QMS log systems, quality documentation, and various audits. They collaborate with Production and QA Admin to maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and evolving requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and monitor effectiveness for timely resolution
• Coordinate with the Warehouse for material/ingredient testing and assist with batch recording and release
• Coordinate with Production for product testing and assist with batch recording and release
• Coordinate with Production for retention sample testing and timely inspection recording
• Assist with internal and external audits and support continuous improvement efforts

Contract HR Executive (West)

Duration: 6 months (start work by 24th Feb 2025)

Boonlay/Pioneer Area

8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)

No experience required as training will be provided

Responsibilities :

• Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Support onboarding and offboarding matters
• Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
• Handle reclass / financial matters
• First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
• Work closely with Shared Services team on the search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests
• Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
  Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring
