A pivotal role in supporting HR & Business Administrative function. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR, Business, and Operations teams.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including document management, employee records, and recruitment coordination.
• Support Finance by handling invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows, including scheduling and logistics.
• Draft, review, and manage documentation, correspondence, and reports with precision and clarity.
• Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in drafting professional documents.
• Prior experience in administrative roles supporting multiple departments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office systems.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
