Under direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager, the Property Executive is responsible for assisting in the management of site residential properties in compliance with British government guidelines and relevant health and safety legislation. THE JOB:

• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.
