This position will assist in performing administrative roles related to admissions with a specific focus on document collection, verification and filing, while assisting with various other tasks to support the areas within the wider department.

The successful candidate will have an international outlook and an appreciation for the impact the admissions-, marketing- and communications department can have in the School. This person will be quick to learn about the organization and begin to interact with various stakeholders to perform the role immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the admissions, marketing and communication department.
2. Updating admissions files as well as supporting internal administration tasks related to event management and marketing activities etc.
3. Comply with NLCS (Singapore) and EduTrust standards in all documentation.
4. Assist in preparations for school events and campus tours.
5. Assist with document preparation for internal audits, statutory audits and process reviews.
6. Assist with the administrative preparations for new joiners
7. Provide support to the assessment team when necessary
8. Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to educational provision, health and safety initiatives and child safeguarding and ensure that all students and staff maintain these standards.

Safeguarding:

1. Abide by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Candidate is in charge of the overall supervision of an entire organization

§ Assist with operations that may require carrying loads>20kg

§ Lead, mentor and motivate all staff to achieve performance targets and objectives.

§ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.

§ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

§ Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.

§ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

§ Conduct regular safety training and promote a culture of safety within the team.

§ Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer requirements and address any issues related to order fulfillment.

§ Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall performance and make data-driven decisions.

§ Prepare reports on operational metrics, inventory levels, and order accuracy.

§ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of goods.

§ Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

§ CLASS 3 License is preferred with a good track record

§ Possess a valid forklift license

§ Physically fit to carry heavy objects

§ Independent and able to take initiative

§ Good coordination and organization skills

§ Possesses good time management

§ Able to work well in a team

§ Experience in management may be advantageous.

§ Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

§ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

§ Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

§ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

§ Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time

§ The ability to work under pressure

§ Willing to work within opening hours (e.g Evenings, weekends & Public holidays)
