Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
   Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
   Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
   
2. Scheduling and Coordination:Oversee calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
   Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
   
3. Office Management:Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
   Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs.
   
4. Record Keeping and Data Management:Maintain accurate records, including employee files, invoices, and contracts.
   Assist in data entry and database management for smooth information flow.
   
5. Team and Stakeholder Support:Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks, such as onboarding and payroll documentation.
   Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented executive to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our event management team to deliver a seamless registration experience for all attendees, aligning with the specific requirements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the end-to-end registration process, including creating registration forms, monitoring daily progress and managing communications and event mailboxes.

· Engage with attendees to provide information, address inquiries, and assist with registration-related concerns.

· Develop and distribute event-related communications to ensure all attendees are well-informed.

· Offer on-site registration support during events, including attendee check-in and providing assistance as required.

· May be required to travel overseas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a technical team that provides repair services and Preventive Maintenance for all equipment's.
• Manage and to complete the Preventive Maintenance according to the schedule for twice a year.
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Manage equipment installations logistic – pickup & installation for central & regions. Provide report for Breakdown and installation
• Train / work with service specialists and contractors.
• Manage ordering spare parts and equipment's.
• Provide reports for monthly KPI’s and Score Card reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Cond & etc
• Experience in basic air-conditioner/refrigerator service & maintenance
• Able to supervise subordinates closely, customer driven and meticulous
