· Monitor daily inventory levels against forecasted projections to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer requirements

Primary Objective

• Responsible for tracking of goods en-route to their destination and ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of documents
• Other duties, tasks and projects as may be assigned by Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Knowledge on import and export procedure for both air and sea freight preferred
• Self-motivated, a team player and able to perform in a dynamic environment
• Committed individual
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain or other relevant discipline
• Organized, attention to detail

Sales Officer

• Perform preliminary technical review on client's requirement and provide appropriate solution.
• Perform product pricing based on identified solution and furnish a formal quotation to be submitted to the client.
• Execute projects within the assign territory and assist in project execution for other territory.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on all technical and commercial queries.
• Complete and submit all necessary documents required for the bid such as but not limited to technical drawing, brochures, and project documents.
• Compile all documents and records per transaction for filling and safekeeping.
• Request technical drawings to be submitted to the customer for approval.
• Prepare all pertinent documents for order entry.
• Liaise with clients for any order related concerns.
• Monitor delivery of goods.
• Responsible for sales growth of assigned region.
• Follow through on all sales leads and opportunities.
• Responsible in preparing sales materials and other sales documents where necessary.
• Provide technical support to clients via mail, phone, or actual deployment.
• Keep track of all transaction using designated tracking tools.
• Participates on Company Activities and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
