Job Description:

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensuring all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Candidate are required to provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;
• Candidate are also required to ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Filling and arranging of documents;
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Forklift License will be advantage
