• Support and execute activities with the new student airport pick-up and accommodation support services
• Maintain database to track service statuses and engagement rates
• Support and execute activities within the new student orientation weeks
• Maintain database to track engagement rates
• Support and execute activities for the student clubs such as providing its members support with planning events and activities
• Support and execute activities for the gym space upkeep and membership applications.
• Support and execute activities for the privilege program including working with external organizations to bring privileges and benefits for students

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Experience in events management is compulsory
