• Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.
• Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.
• Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possess a minimum 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, and/or relevant certificates.
• Have good working knowledge of office IT software such as Words and Excel.

Contract Period: From 8 Jan 2025 to 30 June 2026

Initial Contract Period:

Start Date: 8 Jan 2025 or date of issuance of Letter of Acceptance, whichever is later

End Date: 30 Jun 2026 or adjusted according to the actual start date

Fridays off (ie HBL day)
