We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support, manage the sales order process, and contribute to a seamless customer journey. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring that every order is processed with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order placement through fulfillment. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing all orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by assisting with account management, follow-ups, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the sales journey.
• Customer Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and any required documentation. Update CRM systems and prepare regular reports as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and production teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A team player who is reliable and proactive in managing customer interactions.
